Dedicated to breeding some of the friendliest and healthiest rats we want you to bring the joy of these tapered tailed pals right into your home. From experienced owners to new, we are pawsitive you will fall in love with these little ones.

Our Adoption Policy
How We Do Things
At Ratlantis Rattery, we are rigorous in screening and selecting the right home for each animal. If we do not think your home is the best place for them, we will redirect you to a different Pet Breeder who might be a better fit. For information on, and to begin the adoption process of an animal, please get in touch. Note, we will not separate our babies from their mothers until they are old enough.
That being said we have a few regulations for adopting our pets. Please read the following thoroughly. Thank you for your consideration adopting with Ratlantis!
1. We do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 without a parents permission.
2. Upon adoption if its not a good fit for you or your pet we ask that you do not gift, sell, or release your pet. Please contact the Rattery.
3. We do have top quality rats that shall be sold strictly as pets only. However if feeders are what your looking for we have many options for you.
4. You shall be required to sign a contract agreeing that your intentions are not breeding/feeding rats from our rattery without our consent and proper discussion before hand as well as a waver that if anything were to happen once the adoption process is completed Ratlantis is not held accountable past the bounderies of the property.
5. Rats are required to be sold in pairs unless sold as feeders or proper information is provided confirming you already have a furbaby of that sex at home. Our rattery must also insist that rats be sold in same sex pairs. To limit any accidents unless with proper discussion.
6. Adoptions are pick-up only. $35 is base pay. Its first come first serve unless you have paid the extra holding fee of 10$. Every following week we have to hold a rat for an adopter PAST the original adoption date is an added $5 for food/housing costs.
7. All purchases are non refundable
